The website chat, explained clearly
The chat lets you write to Jordan from the website or from your client area. A virtual assistant replies while you wait for Jordan to take over.

Who handles your data
The chat is run by Jordan Mathieu, dog trainer and behaviourist (Alpes-Maritimes, France). For any question about your data: jordanmathieu63@gmail.com or +33 6 38 16 45 59.
The virtual assistant
The first replies come from a virtual assistant, an artificial intelligence. It is not Jordan. It presents the services, answers general questions and passes your request on. It never makes a diagnosis, never books an appointment and never makes any decision about you. Jordan reads the conversations and can take over at any time. The “Talk to Jordan” button puts you straight through to him.
The information used
- Your messages, and any photos or videos you choose to send.
- The information you give yourself: first name, town, phone number or email, details about your dog and your needs. The assistant files them in a contact record for Jordan.
- The page of the website you are writing from (without parameters) and the language.
- If you are signed in to your client area: your first name and your dog’s name, so that you are recognised. The assistant has no access to the rest of your file.
- Your IP address is used only to limit abuse. It is never stored in clear: only an encrypted fingerprint is used.
Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information, such as health data about yourself or bank details.
Why
To answer your request and arrange possible support for your dog. The chat relies on your consent, given by ticking the box before your first message. Limiting abuse relies on the legitimate interest of protecting the service.
Technical providers
- Supabase stores the conversations and runs the chat (servers in Ireland, European Union).
- Anthropic provides the assistant’s artificial intelligence model (Claude). The conversation messages are sent to it to produce the reply. Anthropic is based in the United States: this transfer is covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses). Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not use these exchanges to train its models.
- Telegram is used to pass messages on to Jordan’s phone, so that he can reply quickly.
- Hostinger hosts the website.
Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Retention and your rights
Conversations, files and contact records are kept for no more than 12 months after the last message, then deleted. If you become a client, the information needed for your support is added to your client file.
The chat uses no cookies. Your browser only keeps a conversation identifier, so you can find your messages again. The “New conversation” button clears it.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to jordanmathieu63@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
