Booking calendar privacy

This booking calendar is operated by Jordan Mathieu, dog trainer and behaviourist. For any question about your data: jordanmathieu63@gmail.com.

Information used

The service uses the information from your client record and your dog's record that is needed for the booking: identity, the dog concerned, address or meeting place, type of lesson, date, time, and the tracking of booked and completed sessions.

Your personal link gives access to the booking that concerns you. It does not require you to log in to your client area or to a Google account. No e-mail address is requested to book, and this module does not send any confirmation by e-mail.

The Google Calendar connection

Only Jordan connects his Google account, from the administrator area. The permissions requested allow him to read his calendars and manage the events of the calendars he owns. The booking calendar uses them to read appointments and unavailability, calculate the possible time slots and add confirmed bookings to his professional calendar.

The information read may include titles, descriptions, locations, dates, times, event identifiers and technical information about the calendars. The data needed to check availability and follow up bookings is kept in the service. Google sign-in credentials are stored on the server side and are not provided to clients.

Clients see the time slots offered to them and the details of their own booking. The module does not show them Jordan's other appointments or his private administrative notes.

Travel times and technical providers

Addresses and times may be sent to Google Maps to check travel times. The site is hosted by Hostinger. Supabase provides the calendar's storage and server functions; Google provides the Calendar and Maps services. These services process the information they need to operate under their own privacy policies.

Data from Google Calendar is used to organise appointments. It is not sold, not used for advertising targeting and not used to train artificial intelligence models. The use of this data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and your requests

Booking data is kept to organise appointments and maintain the history of your coaching, for as long as necessary for these purposes and for any applicable obligations. Closing or expiry of a booking link does not automatically delete the session history.

You can contact Jordan to request access to your information, or its correction or deletion, under the applicable conditions. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).

Jordan can withdraw the calendar's authorisation in the connections of his Google account. Doing so ends access to the calendar; it does not automatically delete appointments that have already been recorded.

Using the booking calendar

The link sent by Jordan is personal and tied to your client record and your dog. Keep it private: anyone who has it can access this booking offer.

• One link confirms a single session, at the place and for the type of lesson indicated.
• Time slots are offered over the next five weeks, with a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the session.
• Availability may change. The slot is checked again when you confirm.
• The booking is confirmed when the page shows the date, time and place of the confirmed appointment. It is added automatically to Jordan's professional calendar.
• To cancel or move an appointment, contact Jordan directly on 06 38 16 45 59. The link does not allow you to change it yourself.

A booked session is tracked separately from a completed session. The behavioural assessment is tracked separately from individual sessions. The prices and terms of your coaching remain those agreed with Jordan; this page explains how the booking calendar works.
